This is a 1/400 scale model of the prototype aircraft model of the Boeing 777-300ER - the Boeing 777-300ERSF (special freighter). This model is manufactured by JC Wings and is the exact replica (on roll out) of the aircraft with registration number N778CK.
The Boeing 777 is currently the world's most successful twin aisle, twin engine, wide body airliner. With more than 1,000 air frames built, this aircraft is the workhorse of many of the world's airlines. Currently, this is the prototype Boeing 777-300ERSF. Converted by IAI in Israel, it's scheduled to be delivered to Kalitta Air by 2024.
