Singapore Airlines Boeing 747-400 9V-SPL

The Boeing 747, affectionately known worldwide as “The Queen of the Skies” or “The Jumbo Jet”, single-handedly changed commercial air travel upon its introduction during the late 60’s. With a production run that lasted for more than 50 years, over 1000 units of this plane were made and graced the international skies.
Singapore Airlines operated 86 Boeing 747s in its lifetime, 7 of which are still in cargo operation as of 2025. Of the 86 operated planes, 22 are the "-200" variant, 14 are "-300", and 43 are "-400". They intend to retire their 747's by 2030 and will be replaced by more fuel efficient, twin - engine, widebody airliners.
